Return Policy - iceenerge

This Return Policy belongs to Jilin Weijia Garment Co., Ltd. and applies to all orders of shirts, tops, midi dresses and bottoms purchased through https://www.iceenerge.com. All return-related disputes and activities are governed under the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

1. Return Application Window

You are allowed to submit a return request within 30 calendar days starting from the date you receive your package. Once we approve your return submission, you have 7 calendar days to ship the goods back to our warehouse. Requests or shipments submitted past these deadlines will be rejected and will not qualify for refund consideration.

2. Return Item Qualification

Products eligible for return must stay in original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of stains, perfume residue, smoke odor or damage caused after delivery. All original hang tags, labels and packaging must remain intact and attached.

Final sale or clearance goods cannot be returned or refunded.
Any clothing that has been altered, tailored, laundered, stained or damaged after delivery will not pass our inspection. We hold the right to deny returns if the returned items fail to meet the above standards during our warehouse inspection.

3. Return Destination & Fee Responsibility

Return Country: China. All returned merchandise must be shipped to our warehouse in Mainland China. There is no overseas return warehouse available.

If the return is caused by our error, such as manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered by us: We will cover the corresponding international return shipping cost. You must supply clear photos or video proof for our verification.
If you initiate a return due to personal reasons (poor fit, unsatisfied style, changed mind): Buyer is fully responsible for all international return shipping charges, customs duties and any extra fees generated on the return transit. Estimated return shipping cost ranges from $22 to $50 USD. The exact price depends on package weight, dimensions and your residing country. Original outbound delivery fees you paid for your order will not be refunded for personal-cause returns.

4. Full Return Procedure

Send an email to service@iceenerge.com, attach your order number and real photos of the garment to launch your return application.
Wait for our official approval email containing return instructions and warehouse address. Never send your package before receiving written authorization from us. Unauthorized shipments will be refused directly and no refund will be processed.
Arrange shipment by yourself, clearly mark your order number on the outer package, then forward the tracking number to our service email once shipped.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

After our China warehouse receives your parcel and completes product inspection to confirm items meet return standards, we start refund issuance within 3–7 working days. Funds will show up in your original payment account within 8–14 business days. The actual arrival time relies on the settlement cycle of your payment provider or bank. We are unable to speed up third-party financial institution processing.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any conflicts arising from return applications, inspection outcomes or refunds shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Jurisdiction lies with the competent people’s courts located in Jilin City, Jilin Province.
